When you find yourself contemplating forgiving someone what stops you from going froward?
For me i know it has been a shocking struggle in the recent months to come to a choice to forgive those that has wronged me, and the one that refuse to accept the pain that they brung to my life. sure when you think about the thought of someone hurting you if often goes back to the memory of the pain that you use to feel, and just to be quite honest it bring a level of hatred that you might at some point felt or still feel for those people.
Mark 11:25 (NKJV)
Forgiveness and Prayer
25 “And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.
Here is a word of advice
Do not believe the cycle that is meant to keep you locked away in your own form of hell on earth. You literally have everything inside of you to break the chains that are bonding you to satan’s will of darkness. You have to remember of whom you belong to, and the power of His might He is able to break down your defenses if you allow him to come into your heart, and exchange your pain for His purpose.
Let’s pray this thing out together.
Pray this prayer of release over your life
Open my understand of why it is important for me to forgive the people whome has cause me pain. Father I struggle in this area of healing, and I trust in you to guide my heart to a place of total freedom of forgiveness. I ask that you cast down every corrupt spirit of darkness that will try to sheild my eyes from the light of your glory. I pray these thing in Jesus’ name. Amen.
