July 2020 changed my life for the better.
I which my entire way of thinking when it came to myself, and my health. I was on a new path to see myself differently. I faced many challenges in my life when it came to the way that I ate food for comfort and the way that I viewed myself as a woman. The things that I placed in my body were greasy and were not the best fit for the health risk that ran in my family.
My weight has shifted to where now I can maintain my waistline, and I have left meat and dairy alone for good and now I am a full Pescetarian, and I am committed to living the best life in health, and in my relationship with God. I created the space #Fit+You as a video form on my youtube channel
Lately, I have been really eating really a liquid and plant-based diet to ensure that when I reintroduce my body to a form of substance that I will have a regiment to hold fast to without desiring to go off the scale of what I’ve been working so hard towards.
I am really super excited about where I am on this healthy journey learning how to love my body in the stages that it’s in, and knowing that journey is beautiful, and to value what I have learned in this short amount of time.
